Welcome to the clb99 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between clb99 ("we", "our", "platform") and its users ("you", "member"). • Logging in from multiple devices at the same time is permitted, however the account may be temporarily suspended in the event of a security risk.
• You are advised to change your password regularly.

clb99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent activity or misuse of the system.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Violation of any clause of these Terms.

The accepted payment methods for deposits on clb99 are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Please only make deposits from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.

• Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly.
• In the event of any technical issue, contact the support team with proof of the transaction.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request can be completed:

• Account identity verification must be complete.
• If the wagering requirement of an active bonus has not been met, the withdrawal may be held.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad or Rocket).

New members have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit of up to ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning withdrawal is only possible after placing bets totalling 10 times the full bonus amount.
• The bonus is added automatically on the first deposit only.
• Each member may take advantage of this offer once only.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by clb99:

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If a bonus is abused or an attempt is made to meet wagering requirements by artificial means, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period, and the bonus will be cancelled if not used within that time.
• clb99 reserves the right to change bonus terms.

The clb99 VIP program has 4 tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is listed below:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through active play. Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week.

All games available on the clb99 platform are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi and others). Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.
